Current behavior

Paid for basic subscription today to cover timeframe when fault [SOLVED] 2024-03-12 Teams temporarily not available was in effect to prevent our client screaming at us that their website was down; then later concluded was a Squidex bug and our subscription payment had gone through just two days ago.

Expected behavior

Require a refund or credit for basic plan we paid for believing this was a problem we caused which was actually a Squidex bug.
