Cannot update squidex site

We are trying to update our sqidex instance with copy change but are getting the following error

but we have full internet contact - is the site having an update be applied to it or… something else

Further Update - developer console shows when updating content, receive a http 500 error.

What do you mean with “Copy Change”?

Copy Change - this is basically a term to say that we changed the content/words on the site.

I thought you talked about deploying a new squidex version (instance).

Does it happen with all content or only a specific content?

It seems to have resolved itself after we rebooted the server - however things got a little scarier when we noticed that all the content & schemas had suddenly disappeared also. Second time this has happened so will keep our eyes on it a lot more closely.
