According to the documentation and various forum posts, it’s possible to enter into a support contract for Squidex services, but I couldn’t locate the contact address for such contracts in the documentation or forums. My apologies if I’ve overlooked something.
So I have the following questions:
- Who should be contacted for a quote on support services?
- Do you offer support contract for self hosted installations as well? (The topic selector on this forum indicates so, as it says “Hosting” (OnPremise)) - In our case, we are using Windows/IIS instances and docker instance.
