Current behavior

On the subscription page of my application “Mappr euromed”, when I click on “change” to change from my free plan to 190€ per year plan, the validation pop -up appears, but then there is a message saying “server error” and I am not able to change my subscription plan.I’ve been trying for 2 days.

Your card was declined but I do not know why.
