Transfer Ownership and Subscription Payment to Another Contributor

Hi

In the same application we have 2 owners, currently the service is charged to my card, but we need to modify and charge the other owner, since I will no longer collaborate with the project.

The other owner has already added a payment method but it continues to be charged to me.
