Transfer App to another owner

Hi, I need to transfer an App to a client. I’m using the Cloud version, Basic Plan.

Please correct me if I’m wrong, I think the procedure would be:
1- In Contributors add his email and assign the role Owner
2- In my account Change to Free.
3- Ask him to Change to Basic, using his credit card.
4- Delete myself from the Contributors list.

Is that right? I’m worried if the Billing portal will correctly identify the App for which the new user is paying.

Yes, thats the correct approach. I am working on teams now, which will improve that but for now this is the way to go.
