How long have you been running as a company i.e. i’m looking for some assurance this project won’t die away
Where geographically is your saas version hosted? With which provider?
Do you offer support contracts for enterprise clients that choose to go the self hosted route?
Are you ISO27001 accredited?

Hi,
it is a small show where only a few people are involved. Therefore there is no guarantee about the lifetime of the project. But this is the reason why I made it open source. At any time you can backup your data from the cloud and restore it into your own setup.
The cloud is hosted in Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany on Kubernetes with replicated database and web servers.
I am not ISO27001 accredited and I also do not provide paid support as I do not have the time for it.
