Subscription owner was removed and now I can't associate to another owner

Hello,
the subscription owner email is no longer used, so it was removed, however now I can’t update subscription with other owner’s account.
Can you please tell how can this be solved?

I can cancel your subscription, then you can resubscribe. Can you give me your app name via PM?
