Squidex Locally Hosted - Login Doesn’t Work in Chrome

Current behavior

After entering Login/Password fields are cleared and nothing happens.

I see “Mark cross-site cookies as Secure to allow setting them in cross-site contexts” warning in console for
Login?ReturnUrl=%2Fidentity-server%2Fconnect%2Faut…a628ddb502642d390ead32212c11a7c%26display%3Dpopup

Possible this is problem.
No any other errors and messages.
I’ve tried in incognito mode - the same behavior.
In Edge (both last and old versions) works fine.

Squidex does not work without https.
