No content change rules are triggering

Expected behavior

Content change rule needs to be triggered after publishing content

Minimal reproduction of the problem

  1. Create a rule for content change and map it to a webhook.
  2. Create content.

Sorry for the bad communication, I am running a migration at the moment, which affects the rules.

This means that for whatever reason it cannot establish a connection and has timed out after 2 seconds. Usually a problem with the endpoint.
