Current behavior

When I trigger the execution of a rule manually via the ‘Dot Menu’->Run to run all the events until now, the rule does not run at all.

Expected behavior

Rule will run all trigger events up until now.

Minimal reproduction of the problem

Click on the Rules->‘Dot Menu’ at the given rule->Run
