Current behavior

It is doing nothing. There isn’t even an error in the error logs

Expected behavior

I think it has to open a settings menu.

Minimal reproduction of the problem

When you add an reference to a reference content type. you can’t click on the 3 dots of the referenced type.

It is fixed in the latest build, I think.
