Steps to reproduce :
Make changes to any of the settings other than General settings.
In the same session, make changes to General settings options (change label or description of the app).
Error is thrown and the changes are not applied
Welcome to the community. The problem is that the apps are only loaded once so when you make a change to the settings it has an old version and etag of the app.
