[SOLVED] Delayed Publish Publishes Immediately. instead of at chosen date

Current behavior

When publishing content.
Checking Set to Published at a later point date and time.
Choosing a future Date, and clicking Confirm publishes the Content immediately and doesn’t wait for the chosen date.

Expected behavior

After clicking confirm, content should stay at current status until chosen date has arrived, and only then change to published.

Minimal reproduction of the problem

Go to any draft content, attempt to change to publish, select a future date, and click confirm.

I have updated the UI to use the new bulk endpoint for better performance and it happened during this operation.
