[SOLVED] Can't add contributors or clients (dev 1996)?

Hi

I’ve recently updated to the latest dev version (1996) from v1.15.0. I’m unable to add any contributors or clients to project as of now, this was working fine on v1.15.0.

Issue: the “Add contributor” and “Add Client” buttons are disabled after typing in a contributor name or client name. Could you please look into this?
