Read/write access according to language

Hi!
Is there a way to define a permission for a user to hace read access in a certain language and write access in another?
We’re hiring a translator and it would be great that he only reads spanish and writes english.

It has already been requested, but it is not implemented yet. So far you could create a role for your translator and give the needed permission and then write a script that ensures that certain values are not changed by this role.
