[PARTIALLY_IMPLEMENTED] 10 item content view limit

10 item limit per page in content list view is extremely stingy. Can we make this configurable up to 100?

Makes sense, not sure if I can extend it to 100, but more is doable.

I have published a first version. I have to persistent the page size somewhere, this is not done yet.
