Localization Admin example

Hello,

I’m a bit confused about localization. On docs it is stated that I’m able to decide field by field its localization, but on schema creation form I don’t see the option. I tried to add a second language from settings, then tried to add a new content (I see a language switcher), but instead of create 1 content/language it creates two different entries (with the same one). Inspecting via API I receive the response with a normal iv field.

How can I populate in different languages from the admin panel?
