Linking to Content item within HTML editor

Hi

We are looking at how we can create an inline Link to Content items within HTML editor as you do with assets. We are attempting to integrate our embed forms, and want to have a logical route to create breadcrumbs from the source page. Is there an easy way to do this?

I would use a normal reference field and a placeholder in your content and then put it together in your frontend.
