[IMPLEMENTED] Set antiforgery cookie to be secure

Hi Squidex team,

I was wondering if it would be feasible to change the Antiforgery cookie (AspNetCore.Antiforgery.6gqB-tCosRY) to have the Secure attribute set to true?
