[IMPLEMENTED] Move assets to another folder easily without drag/drop

As discussed in a support thread, it would be nice to have the ability to move an asset to another folder from a tab in the Edit Asset modal window. When a lot of folders and assets exist, drag/drop is difficult to do.

I think I would just use the asset folder picket for that:
