[IMPLEMENTED] Improve UI and UX for checkboxes in Tags field

I will manually do checkbox selections for over 200 producs with 20+ tags/categories each and it would help me, or any editor for that matter, tremendously, if the list was left-aligned, items would be listed from top to bottom, and cheboxes were much bigger.

Implemented and deployed. Have not made the checkboxes bigger but the label widths.
