Current behavior

I have configure a rule to send a notification when a content is published.
When I displayed a log the rule seems ok, but I cannot receved a notification.
Where is my mistake?
I configure contentChanged with condition event.type == ‘Published’

User -> user email
text -> Ciao Federica,
il contenuto $CONTENT_SCHEMAID.NAME è stato pubblicato.

The Rule Log
Notified: Ciao Federica,
il contenuto articolo è stato pubblicato.

Elapsed 00:00:00.0020000.

Sorry, the notifications UI have been removed a while ago in favor to push notifo.

I am going to bring it back.
