How to back up only the schemas without including the data

I want to migarte the shemas from dev evnironment to production , how can i only backup and restore the schemas , without including the test data.

backup action can not select which to backup.

You can use the CLI for that:

It stores all settings (you can target what exactly) and content and assets to a directory and then you can sync it from this folder.
