How can we select an article with the same title?

When I set a field with one to multiple, I set the context of the field, but if I have some duplicate titles, how can I clear them?

In the settings of articles schema you will find something called UI → Reference Fields. Those are the fields that are shown in dialogs like this one. You can add multiple fields to the list, perhaps you find a combination that is unique.
