Current behavior
When saving changes in the schema, events are not being generated when inspecting the rules. As a result, upon saving the History section version increments, but does not show the historical changes after clicking Save.
Expected behavior
Upon saving or publishing of content, an event should be generated and it gets logged under the Rules Logs page.
Minimal reproduction of the problem
- Go on any schema and create a new entry
- Fill in the details
- Click Save
- History tab changes are not recorded but version increments with each change
- Go to Rules page
- Check the log, and no events are logged
