How do you delete an old application – instead of just archiving it?

I restored a “test” application because something was failing – now it’s going to be in the system forever? It’s rather large.
Yes, this is true, but deleting is actually super complicated and slow and storage is cheap, isn’t it? 
Aye. I guess this gets back to my “Application Management” request: a place for admins to see archived apps and admin’s to take ownership, etc. of apps. Maybe I’ll make a PR here when I get a minute
