Changing the post last update date?

Hi,

Is it possible to manually change the post date?

For example: if we sort the list from the latest to the oldest, and then change a very old post - it jumps to the top of the list.

Is it possible then to change the post’s “last update” date to a previous date?

Simpler answer: No, you have to maintain your own field for that.
