Changing schema order seems to not work

Current behavior

Dragging a schema to change the order (above or below another schema) does not do anything, the schema that is being dragged stays in the same spot/order.

Expected behavior

Dragging a schema above or below another schema should change the visual represented order of the schema’s.

Minimal reproduction of the problem

In the Squidex front end, drag a schema and try to place it above or below another schema.
Nothing changes and the schema’s stay in the same order.
