Current behavior

The person which have subscribed to the Squidex plan, leave the company, and unfotunatelty I can’t change the plan and the credit card associated. How can I do that ?

Hi, I can cancel the subscription for you and then you can resubscribe with another user. Do you want me to do this? I recommend to do it tomorrow, then it is new month and you do not get issues with the API limit.

Yes please, can you change the subscription to the user “Squidex Admin”, I checked too late, the API is not working anymore.


I cannot change it, I just do not have the permissions to do so. I can only cancel it.
