Current behavior

We’re trying to upgrade our subscription from Basic to Professional, however we’re encountering the error “Failed to change plan. Please reload”. We’ve tried incognito as well as Firefox.

Expected behavior

Be able to upgrade the subscription.

Hi. There is a problem with the credit card. What is you app name? I can try to make it over the billing system and then see if I can provide you details.

The app name is in the original post “ivagaming”, but if it’s a creditcard issue, let me update the payment method on https://squidex.chargebee.com/, and try again. I’ll let you know how it goes.

CC was expired and it wasn’t caught; updated the info and we managed to update the subscription. Thanks for the tip! :+1:
