Hi,

We are working with Squidex and MongoDB. The squidex app hosted on 2 servers (AWS Linux) connected with load balancer. When we tried to perform a backup through Squidex we receive an error.

Please assist on solving this issue.

How can I help you? I need logs or something, it is just a blackbox for me.

We are getting the same error. On our one it stops at the same amount of assets and size as teh previous time regardless of how many times you do it. We did a full backup and restore before.

This is all we can pick up in the logs:
