The limit for your plan is 45 M API Calls, so there is nothing to do. You are already at 11M.

But in our dashboard it is showing monthly limit as 4500k (4.5M). Please find attached screenshot.

Thats the included contingent in your plan, not the limit that blocks your API. I will make that more clear in the dashboard.
