But the https error is a totally different error. You should have seen that in Chrome and not a CORS error.
You can run Squidex without caddy, but it is not recommended for production.
Right. I would only consider it for running locally. Maybe there should be unique instructions for running in a local development environment. All of the issues I’ve had so far have had to deal with the local instance.
So, good news…I was able to use the cloud version with my existing app! 
I have new questions, but they no longer related to this issue, so I’ll search the docs and post a new question if I can’t find an answer.
