Current behavior

A while ago, while trying to delete some objects referenced by other contents, a message would show up saying that the content could not be deleted because was referenced.
Now it does not.

Expected behavior

Contents referenced in some other content should not be deleted, at least not without an alert message

Minimal reproduction of the problem

Deleting a content referenced just deletes it

Hi, it is the same bug as this one:

Squidex should maintain a list of all referenceds IDs for each content item that make a various of features possible. Right now it does not work.
